At Lofted Goods, we want you to love your home essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that certain oversized furniture and custom-made pieces may be subject to specific restocking fees.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to avoid damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
